SHIPPING POLICY
After you place your order, we will send you an email letting you know we got all the information, and giving you an order number confirmation. Your shipment will take anywhere from 14 business days to up to 30 days depends on the stock condition. We will then send you a shipment notification email with the tracking information so you can keep an eye on its progress. Currently, we don’t offer fast-tracked orders as we only offer standard shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Please understand that all items are produced to a limited number. At this time, we have a no refund policy except the product is damaged. In any rare case you find some defects in our products, please email us at manimade2017@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving your product with detailed explanation and photo. We will review your claim and we will provide you with an exchange once it is approved.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
If your country's customs and duties necessitate this practice of upon-delivery charging, MANI does not cover those customs and duties charges.
TERMINATION OF ORDER
MANI reserves the right to withdraw any items from sale on the site at anytime. Whilst MANI will make best efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances where we need to terminate an order after a confirmation has been sent, which we reserve the right to do at our sole discretion. If we have to cancel your order for any reason and you have already made payment, we will refund in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at such time.
